Affirming Your Voice & Values

This HypeHuddle will introduce Kristen Johnson, a Bronx native who has always led her life with purpose. A true go-getter, Kristen followed her passions while finding ways to give back to her community through education and working within local government agencies. Kristen knows the struggle of wanting to please your family while following your heart and that led her to where she is today: training thousands of BIPOC yogis as well as managing content for Black Prana Magazine.

In this HypeHuddle you will learn:

  1. The importance of trusting and following your intuition

  2. How to pivot when things don’t go as planned

  3. How to build and create your own affirmations
